      66% Pinot Noir, 33% Chardonnay

    • TASTING NOTES

This wine is rich and full-bodied. For those who like bold Champagne!

Excellent on the nose, wafting from the glass in a refined blend of apple, white peach, patissiere, chalky soil tones, gentle floral tones and a whiff of fresh-baked bread.  On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, focused and complex, with a fine core, elegant mousse, bright acids and a long, classy and quite open finish.

    • MORE

This is the original cuvée, and its reserve wine comes from the perpetual cuvée first begun by Edmond Barnaut in 1874 that has been drawn from and replenished every year since. As with all of his wines, Philippe looks to avoid heaviness while harnessing the inherent density and depth of fruit that Bouzy offers. The Grande Réserve represents 65% of the annual production. Dosage averages 6 g/l with a yearly production of 5,000 cases.

High Environmental Value (HVE) Certified, Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne (VDC) Certified

Vin 7000 is a boutique, independent Utah wine brokerage.

We specialize in small production handcrafted fine wines that are not widely distributed.

Because our winery partners only make small batches, most of our wines are "Special Order" (though more and more are making their way into the Utah state stores) and available for purchase through the Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services(DABS) online ordering system

You simply order online and the wines will be delivered to the local liquor store you choose.

For more information on Utah’s DABS, please go to their website.
