      Traditional method sparkling wine which reflects the beautiful characteristics of Chenin Blanc.  Medium dry with almond and pear flavors.  Great minerality.

      Composed of a selection of juice from white-chalk soil vineyards in the Touraine appellation. Made according to traditional methods. Lies on lathes for more than 18 months during fermentation and maturation.

    Because our winery partners only make small batches, most of our wines are "Special Order" (though more and more are making their way into the Utah state stores) and available for purchase through the Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services(DABS) online ordering system.

    You simply order online and the wines will be delivered to the local liquor store you choose.
