TASTING NOTES
This iteration of 'Gravels' co-mingles Grenache from the Cemetery Vineyard in Mendocino and Syrah from Shake Ridge Vineyard in Amador County.
While the Syrah makes up just 15% of 'Gravels' its mark is evident - structure and savoriness. The Grenache (85%) has depth and lift simultaneously.
The genesis of this bottling came from the desire to blend an accessible red, made with the same level of care and intent as our smaller production offerings.
