This comes from all three sites. Terreno gives aromatics and beautiful fruit; Le Bonille lends structure and minerality; Sillano contributes freshness and acidity. Initial fermentations take place in steel with aging in wood, primarily in 24-hectoliter casks, for 14 months. No fining, bottled with a light filtration.
